Requirements:

Must have attack greater than 2m, ideally a ratio of A/D that is 3 times your level or better.
Willing to donate 10x IPH towards syndicate bonuses
Able to download and communicate via GroupMe app (iOS, Android, web)
Must be active during battles and syndicate events
Must have a good sense of humor...
