Market Plaza Crash

Well, Fight Club has firmly planted their flag as the winners of the previous syndicate event.  With the battle over and teams had gone through a battle together, it made people want to move around a bit looking for different teams to join.  This is where the ability to adapt your strategy on the fly began to pay off.  Those teams with more organization, better strategies, or were more aligned with their level of gold purchasing were more desirable for those looking to jump ship.  Our team remained relatively unchanged as everyone was very happy to have placed mid-50’s and the synergy of the team was flowing well.

Of course, not everything went smoothly, so GREE decided to award everyone 50 gold bars to make up for the mistakes.  It was a good gesture from GREE to make up for the issues that came up.  However, it was only awarded to those that logged into the game between certain dates.  If you’re inactive, you don’t deserve it anyway!

Certainly, the key aspect to developing a higher ranked team is having proper team communication.  Communication is absolutely vital when it comes to developing strategy, implementing team goals, and adapting as unforeseen circumstances arise, such as deciding to call off the battle if an opponent is too difficult to find good targets.  Unfortunately, the in-game forum is horrendous for communication.  Rising Phoenix struggled with it for a while before an external forum was created for team members to communicate easier.  It had its limitations, but strategy could be discussed much easier and without being lost as would happen in the in-game forum.  We moved to a member-controlled Yuku forum and the official team forum was born!  Not everyone participated at the start, but it was a good start for the officers to communicate more effectively.

It was a better place to post tips, tricks, and any advice for those looking to increase their stats and build their economy.  Not to mention initiate a little friendly competition for who could get the most prizes from Collect 10 and 20 events.  :-)

Team strategy was discussed and posted for all members to read, understand, and agree to follow the rules of war!
